An article based blog website, Vibz was looking to stand out from the other article sites out there.

Some major pain points for this project were uninspiring content/ presentation, getting bored, and having to constantly check back for new content. My goal was to take everything I found to be 'boring' or difficult about similar style websites (ex. GQ) and mix it up. I axed the traditional white background and overwhelmingly packed grid system for something that offered more breathing room, prioritized new featured articles and provided an area to sign up for a newsletter to avoid having to check back. The layout is broken up between article grids and banners to give visual breaks and maintain an interesting flow.
